About Me

I grew up in Springview Nebraska, which is located in extreme North Central Nebraska.  I graduated from Keya Paha County High School, Then moved to Denver where I graduated from Aitlines Training School. I work at Ranum High School, Adams County, Colorado School District 50 as Library Clerk.

Aa a Delegation Leader for People to People Student Ambassadors. I travel with either Middle or High School Students over seas each summer. I have traveled to Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong, China, England, Ireland, Scotland, Wales, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Spain, France, Italy, Malta, Endora, & Monaco with Student Ambassadors.

I am also the Colorado Area Director for People to People. As Area Director I am responsible for the assigning of leaders, leader training, and coordinating Delegations Statewide.

This is a year long project. We conduct Informational Meetings in September; begin screening Student prospective Ambassadors in September and begin monthly orientations for the Students and their parents in November or December. We prepare the Ambassadors not only for traveling but also familiarize them with the countries and people we will be visiting. We normally travel for about 3 weeks in June and July.
